Gordy ~ Service Manager

Gordy joined Chader Business Equipment June 1 1968 after completing a course in Office Machine Repair at Lake Area Vocational School in Watertown South Dakota.  He began servicing typewriters, mechanical adding machines and mechanical calculators. As technology changed, learning and training became a constant endeavor. Along the way many classes were attended for copier, word processing and dictation repair.

Most of his efforts are now concentrated on service management, and keeping up to date on the latest technology in the field of dictation.

 

Lowell ~ Service Technician

Lowell has worked at Chader Business Equipment since 1984. He is trained on Panasonic machines. He is also factory trained on various copiers. In his spare time Lowell loves to hang out with his grandkids.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nick ~ Service Technician

Nick has been in dictation support at Chader Business Equipment since 1999. He attended St. Cloud Technical College. Nick supports Fusion software, Philips and Olympus products, and assists with software issues on copiers and fax machines. He is trained on Fusion Voice systems and various copier models.

 

 

 

 

Erik ~ Service Technician

Erik has been a copier service technician at Chader Business Equipment since 2000. He is trained on various copier models. Erik earned Achievement Awards for his Copystar CS 2530, CS 3530, CS 4030, CS 4530, CS 5530, CS 6230, Ri 6330, and CS 7530 technical training in spring of 2004. He earned silver seals on previous models.

 

 

Brandon ~ Service Technician

Brandon graduated from the St. Cloud Technical College in 2001, with a Diploma in Micro-computer Network Support. His previous background in computer networking infrastructure adds a new dimension to our technical staff.

FS- 2000D / FS-3900DN / FS-4000DN / FS-5000 Series.
